FAQ
You can join the university when new spaces are released. As we teach some of the lessons live, we limit the number of spaces available. Once the university is closed, there will be no more entries.
This depends on your area and strategy. For perspective, James started with £6,000 in savings whilst studying for his degree, which is one of the first lessons inside the university. He explains how he did this alongside highlighting other creative strategies to invest in property.
The university has been designed to help anyone looking to invest in property, whether you’re saving for your first investment or about to complete on your 50th.
The university has a mixture of pre-recorded and live lessons. If you’re not able to attend the live lessons, don’t worry, as we record and upload them for anyone who missed them so you can watch in your own time, at your own pace.
We have students all over the world join the university. Whilst the taxes may slightly differ, the core principles of finding properties, refurbishing them to a high standard and building a systemised business remain the same.
