No. The JPU is a live cohort with a capped seat capacity. Once these seats are filled, we close the JPU and there will be no more entries.
Your JPU membership is 12 months from the day of your introduction call which you’ll be invited to upon joining. After 12 months, you will be invited to the JPU Graduates with other students who have graduated the JPU. By joining JPU Graduates, this enables you continued access to bi-weekly live masterclasses & Q&As, priority PropChat support, all modules & comprehensive resources.
No. The JPU is designed to help everyone move their property business forward regardless of what stage of the journey they're at. Education in property is key to avoid costly mistakes, so you’re in the right place, even if you haven’t bought a property yet.
Yes. You’ll have the option to pay in 2 instalments if you're unable to pay the full amount up front. A slight head's up - you end up paying slightly more if you go for the instalments option.
The JPU is a live cohort with a mix of pre-recorded lessons. We advise all JPU students to attend the bi-weekly live masterclasses & Q&As to enhance your knowledge and investment success. If you’re unable to attend the live masterclasses, we record them so you can catch-up and watch in your own time, at your own pace.
Every second week on a Thursday evening at 6pm UK time, we go live on Zoom so you can join anywhere using your phone, tablet or laptop. Upon joining, you’ll be sent your JPU timetable detailing the topics for every live masterclass. If you’re unable to attend, we record them for you to watch later.
Lots! 😃 Property investment is fast-paced, so we’ve designed the JPU support system so you never feel alone again and part of one big family! Depending on which plan you choose, you’ll have access to live masterclasses & Q&As to ask your burning questions to professionals in their fields. Yes and no. Upgrading your plan is subject to seat availability and potential price increases when you come to upgrade. Therefore, we advise joining the plan you feel most comfortable with at your current time of joining. For any advice on which plan to join, please contact a member of the JPU team.
