No. The JPU is a live cohort with a capped seat capacity. Once these seats are filled, we close the JPU and there will be no more entries.
Your JPU membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. But it doesn’t end there! After 12 months, you’ll be invited to join our JPU Graduates Programme, connecting you with other students who have graduated the JPU. The JPU Graduates is our aftercare programme, providing you with continued access to live masterclasses, Q&A sessions, priority PropChat support, all course modules, and our comprehensive resource library.
No. The JPU is designed to help everyone move their property business forward regardless of what stage of the journey they're at. Education in property is key to avoid costly mistakes, so you’re in the right place, even if you haven’t bought a property yet.
Yes. You’ll have the option to pay in instalments if you're unable to pay the full amount up front. A slight head's up - you end up paying slightly more if you go for the instalments option.
The JPU is a live cohort with a mix of pre-recorded lessons. We advise all JPU students to attend the live masterclasses & Q&As to enhance your knowledge and investment success. If you’re unable to attend the live masterclasses, we record them so you can catch-up and watch in your own time, at your own pace.
Every month we go live on Zoom so you can join anywhere using your phone, tablet or laptop. Upon joining, you’ll be sent your JPU timetable detailing the topics for every live masterclass.

Yes. You can access this inside your JPU dashboard.
Yes and no. Upgrading your plan is subject to seat availability and potential price increases when you come to upgrade. Therefore, we advise joining the plan you feel most comfortable with at your current time of joining. For any advice on which plan to join, please contact a member of the JPU team.
